- 仕事内容
- 1. Responsible for HR duties such as recruitment, social insurance enrollment, attendance management and termination.
2. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
4. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
5. Support office general affairs and administrative tasks.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager. - 休日・休暇
